the 7 Workout Zones

Push, pull, carry, and jump your way through seven intense workout zones. Each station tests a different part of your strength, stamina, and focus, finish them all to prove you're a true Yoddha.

ROWING [1000 M]

This is all about pacing and endurance. You’ll sit on a rowing machine and row continuously until you hit the 1000 meters mark.

SLED PUSH [50 M]

This one’s about brutal force and leg drive. You’ll push a loaded sled for 50 meters with a weight depending on your category.

SLED PULL [50 M]

Upper body power meets grit. Grab the rope and pull the sled for 50 meters toward you with a weight depending on your category.

KETTLEBELL CARRY [200 M]

This is all about grip and control. Carry heavy kettlebells over a 200 meters course with a weight depending on your category.

BOX JUMPS [30 REPS]

Explosiveness and rhythm matter here. Jump onto the box, step down and repeat for 30 reps with the box height depending on your category.

LUNGE WALK [100 M]

Balance meets endurance. You'll perform walking lunges over 100 meters with the weight depending on your category.

WALL BALL THROWS

Precision under fatigue. Squat and launch the ball to the target for the required number of reps with the target height and weight of the ball depending on your category.

Choose if you want to race solo or with a partner. Whatever you choose, the challenge is the same.

Complete all seven workout zones in order. Push your limits and cross the finish line as a Yoddha.

THE FINALE BATTLE

Once the final regional ends, the leaderboard locks and the top male, female and doubles athletes from their Category run for the ultimate prize.

Yes, 2 spectators are allowed per participant without any extra cost. Please ensure that you register them through the link that you receive closer to the raceday.
You will recieve your specific reporting time 10-14 days prior to the race day.
No, you cannot choose your wave time, it will be automatically alotted to you on the day of the event based on your reporting time.
We offer hydration at various points inside the race course, and at the finish line. washrooms, basic medical facilities, and a baggage counter are also available. You will also find stalls from where you can purchase food and drinks.
Yes, the transfer of tickets to another person for the same event is available. Please note that your ticket is not transferable to another category or another city. All transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled race day. To initiate a transfer, you can go to getmybib.com and sign up using your registered email ID. After that, you can follow the following process - My Bookings > View Ticket > Tap on Transfer Ticket (Above Download) > Fill in the details of the new participant > Make the payment To transfer the ticket, a transfer fee of ₹300 + GST will be applicable. Post following the process you will get a mail confirming the transfer of ticket and the recipient should also get a confirmation email.
Post race, all pictures will be uploaded on Snapdme.com. You can upload a selfie/scan your face to receive all your pictures.. Your watermarked pictures will be available for download. Photos can be purchased at the time of ticket purchase as an add on. If you buy the package of photographs post race, it will cost INR 999.
Each participant will recieve a timing chip prior to their race which is read by strategically placed sensors all over the course. The timing chip you wear on your ankle helps us record your time. Please ensure you return this chip at the finish line
